Zante, or as the Greeks call it, Zakynthos is situated just off the west coast of the main land. The island boasts some of the best beaches in Greece which are even visited by the Loggerhead turtles. The coastline of Zante ranges from long stretched out beaches to small inlets and coves including Smuggler's Cove with its half-buried wreck. For food and nightlife there is a good range, from small restaurants offering home grown produce to busy harbour taverns.

Rhodes is situated just off the south east coast of Turkey and boasts the best sunshine record of all the Greek islands. There are hundreds of beaches, orange and lemon groves, tranquil villages and lush green countryside. Skiathos is located just of the North East coast of Greece and is only 16km long. Despite its small size the island boasts some of the best beaches and restaurants as well as a fascinating sunset. Crete is the largest of the Greek islands and the most southerly, offering a great climate. The island of Kefalonia is located off the east coast of Greece in the Ionian sea. The island is the setting for Captain Corelliss Mandolin and a beach lovers paradise. The north of the island has a more rural and rugged feel with pine forests and little fishing villages. For the sight seers there is the underground lake at Melissani and the Drogarati caves.
